1986 fleer basketball

just curious if there is interest in this set in graded condition. i just purchased a pack (see below) and was planning to have them all graded except for the gerald wilkins due to the corner ding.

erving - sticker
29 - edwards
96 - ruland
30 - english
97 - sampson
31 - erving
98 - schayes
32 - ewing
99 - scott
33 - fleming
(the pack changes direction at this point/the cards are now upside down in sequence)
122 - g wilkins - bottom left corner ding
56 - v johnson
123 - b williams

overall the cards look MINT with centering the same.

i sent in 3 with my last submission.. i expect to get 9's on a Magic Johnson and Bill Walton.. and the Jordan RC i sent in will probably get an 9OC or 7..

I bought an unopened GAI pack with Jordan listed on the front. Ever since i have been fighting with myself over opening it to send in the Jordan or leaving it be. What do you guy's think? The pack is graded an 8. Do you think the top card has any shot at a 9 ? decisions decisions.............. I guess there are worse things to worry about.

top and bottom cards for me were:

bottom with wax - erving sticker (graded an 8)
top - buck williams (graded a 9)

what did you give for the pack, if you don't mind saying?

I paid 1400.00 for it. Which i thought was pretty good as one had just finished in the mile high or memory lane auction @ 2400.00 in an 8.5. I mean how many can there be ? Now it's killing me to keep holding it and possibly reselling. Or go the fun (you only live once ) route and crack it out and submit. What would you do ?I mean a ten would be more then i could hope for but a 9 would still be nice. + the others of course.

i would crack it, but i'm not a pack collector. i like busting them open just to see what's inside. that's the fun of it for me.
