I hope the first pitch is a beaning to get this season started with a bang. I'm hoping the Red Sox win simply because despite me sending the Yankees $1200 for "you pick it " season ticket plan, they still declined to give me opening day tickets. When I called them they said "You should have bought them when individual games went on sale" sure, that makes sense. I buy season tickets so I can buy individual tickets as well. Good priorities dipshiits!! Thanks again George, now you can take the renewal for '06 and ram it up your... Down with the "evil empire"!!!!

lol, I can see this becoming a thread for venting. Which is very cool. I kinda would like to season get off the a bang like to said as well. Buit I would feel pretty bad for Johnny Damon getting beaned by Randy Johnson to start the season.

I use to really hate the Yankees... (Because they would always smoke the Rangers) but since they have Johnson now I think I might give in a little. I have always been a fan of Randy Johnson.

Wells was pathetic 10 hits through 4 1/3 innings. I hope he gets better as the season progresses or Theo better get his trading shoes on. Thank God Varitek showed up (3 for 4) because the rest of the team is still posing.
