Market For 70's OPC Baseball?

Just out of curiosity, is there any market for 70's O-Pee-Chee baseball cards. I had a couple of 72's graded 9's and 10's, but did not see many listed on eBay. Little popularity? What should I expect to fetch for a couple of common 10's and a 9ST Clemente IA? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • Anyone have an opinion? Should I start my psa gem mint 10's at a buck and let the chips fall where they may? Bueller? Frye? Bueller?
  • I just picked up a set and need to upgrade a few stars and about 20 commons. Please PM me and let me know what you have and price. In regard to demand, '72s are the most abundant of the pre-1976 OPCs. For each year, there's a very small handful of set collectors (I being one), and you might strike a fancy with a player collector.

  • Theres always a market for PSA 10's of any type. With only 6 10's on the population report, you own one third of all of them out there...

I just sold a '73 OPC Schmidt PSA 8 for significantly less than its Topps counterpart, despite the OPC being 20 times as scarce. I suppose one might conclude that for every person seeking a '73 OPC Schmidt, there are MORE than 20 seeking the Topps version.

I am interested in many Phillies PSA OPC cards....
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
