When I joined CU I got a voucher for 6 submissions - 7 business day turnaround guaranteed. What happens if they don't meet their deadline?

    they will image , of course that turn around BEGINS when your order is entered into PSA's system, and good luck !

    What ya mean entered into their system. What if I paid for tracking and I can prove when they recieved my cards?

    what happen if my card comes back timmed from PSA. Do I get a refund?

    The turn around time begins when the order is entered into PSA's computers. I believe you will receive a voucher for a free future submission with cards that are not graded for whatever reason. You willbe charged the full amount with the current sub however. Anyone else think I am wrong? I forget sometimes image

    a free voucher if they don't grade because card is trimmed?

    I did not receive a voucher for a card that was returned "evidence of trimming"

    If a card comes back "evidence of trimming" you are charged but if the card comes back not meeting minimum size requirements you get a voucher for a future free grade.

    If PSA does not meet their turnaround time then you receive a voucher for free submissions.

    Not sure about trimmed though, never bought a PRO, GEM or MINT graded card before.

    just playin of course, I have no experience with this, but it would only seem logical that they not give a free voucher for a trimmed card because on their side, it's someone trying to slip a card by them and they aren't going to just say "sorry, try again"...not saying you were trying to slip it by them...but they can't really bend on that because of the people who do.

    How does PSA return my cards to me? Do they use usps 2 day priority mail?

    For the 6 free submissions it says to send registered mail. Can I send it regular insured mail with tracking instead? Will that slow down the process?

    I would always send them the way they say to, registered is the safest way to ship anything as the package is kept under lock and key and must be signed for by everyone who handles it. Your time does not start when they recieve the package but when it gets entered in their computer. USPS tracking is very unreliable as DC only shows delivered it does not provide tracking. Some POs scan the items delivered before they even attempt delivery. I have had items sent to me say delivered and not actually get them for 2 more days.

    If your cards are determined to be trimmed you will not recieve anything for a free grading as you are still paying for their time to evaluate and determine the card has been altered.

    There is no guarantee on free submissions turn around time. It's only a ballpark estimate. Historically however they are very quick on these. Just make sure you write collectors club special on the outside of the package.

    They will always meet the "guaranteed turnaround time". They have an unlimited time to "enter it in the system" regardless if you have signature confirmation they had it for a week before getting it "entered". Also, what few people realize is that this "guarantee" for what its worth is NOT valid on ANY special, NOR is it valid during any week PSA is at a card show.

    so in short, don't count on EVER getting any free vouchers.

    I sent in my order yesterday with the complimentary coupon for 6 free gradings. I just noticed on the instructions that it says I should fill in 0 for grading fees. I left it blank. I am a worry wart. Do you think PSA will screw it up?
