Source for Civil War Tokens

Can anybody tell me a good book to read up on Civil War tokens? Any recommended collector websites?
I'd like to pick some of these up because they are a neat piece of history, but I'd feel better if I could read up a little on them first.
Also, can someone recommend any reputable internet sellers as the only local coin shop doesn't sell Civil War tokens and we have about three local (by local I mean within 100miles) coin shows a year, and most of the time I'm working weekends anyway and can't attend.

I am now petrified to buy anything off of eBay with all the high jacked accounts, shill bidding, stolen pics by retired cops, fake Chinese coin copies.....etc...I almost preferred my ignorance, it was a happier time! Just kidding...

Bret Palser at www.indiancent.com is also a good person but sells higher end stuff
