Safe slab?

Is it possible for a PCGS or NGC slab to be broken open and a coin substituted and re-sealed so it does not show? Pups

If you open the holder just right it will be in half.Now if you could seal it so no one notices then yes.But really those are all big if's.

Poosible - yes. Common - no. Slabs tend to self destruct on opening.
