Most likely. Right after he won the auction, he eMailed me with a sob story about unexpected medical expenses. Probably did the same thing with other sellers, and racked up the NPBs in the process. He even left positive feedback already, even though he didn't receive the coins.

Definitely looks like a deadbeat. When all the sellers file the UID on deadbeats like this, they get the boot pretty quick.

I thought that, which is why I didn't neg his ass. But, after several times of the "I'll pay you on <insert specific date>" scenario and some changes in the details of the story, and considering that he eMailed immediately after the auction (what, the medical expenses happened while he was bidding?), I'm no longer buying it.

We don't tease Russ.
It's not his fault that he is only 4'10" tall, 325 pounds of pure NON-muscle, and can't take good pictures (those pictures he posts....well, he "STEALS" them off of other people who just happen to have the same coin.

So, it really isn't teasing him....just being honest
