State Quarters and the market. Advice Needed. When to sell?

I have a bunch of AU and BU state quarters that I have kept out of my pocket change for a couple years and received from the bank. Will they ever be worth more than face if so many people are saving BU rolls and with hige mintage figures? Should I keep them? Also, I have a mint sealed $25. New York P bag, do you think these will these gain value?
Basically, if you had this stuff when would you let it go?

<< <i>Sellsatan, that is why I am considering selling the raw circulated ones.. Im creating a MS67 PCGS set and am running low on money. I still would like to get peoples opinions on whether I should get rid of the circulated quarters to fund the certified ones or if the circulated quarters will be worth comething someday.. >>
I would not only spend the circulated ones but all the unattractive unc. Check everything
to be sure there aren't any varieties, errors, rotations, etc, and simply spend them. There
will be some nice attractive uncs and these are worth holding onto at least for the short term.
