Could this card be a PSA 9

The back of this card is perfect.... Just by looking at the front of this card could it a PSA 9? I am concern about the center part.

It looks pretty good, but the scan is a bit fuzzy so its hard to say for sure.

If you're worried about the centering, I think it looks pretty good. Everything else is too blurry to make out though.

Centering looks fine to me.

By my measurements: about 43.5/56.5 L/R, and as close to 50/50 top to bottom as I can measure.

If you've got Photoshop you can measure the borders of your scans and plug the numbers into my spreadsheet that can be found at http://cards.somnifacient.us/centeringsheet.xls. Will calculate the centering, and has a chart of BGS's and PSA's centering standards.

I would defintly like to see a blowup of the palm tree and desert shield logo before saying yes or no. From what I can make out the tree leaves look a bit funny.
