Die Gouge Haters: KEEP OUT - More Speared Bison news . . .

I am getting ready to head out for ABC News affiliate in my area, as they want to do a story on the Speared Bison. Not sure if it will even air on TV, or if so when - or if it will be picked up by other ABC affiliates. But wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you see ole Neptune on the news in the near future. I have to be there at 3 PM, and their first news comes out at 5 PM. Now where did I put my spear!

I know a lot of you folks think that a die gouge is nothing, and have been negative towards this find. But I think it's neat and so do lots of others, so just stay out of this thread and post your negativity someplace else. For those who have been following this, and posting their congratulations, and positive thoughts - Thank you.
It's been fun to say the least.

If nothing else - this will be a 'good thing' for collectors everywhere.

NumisMe - I am getting that out TOmorrow come hail or high water . . . The TV deal was quick and funny. They cut the good part that I said about coin collecting being a great thing for children/family blah blah blah. They were more intent on telling people to check their change in the area - hot story for small town.
Sometimes tho, they get short of news and run other parts at different times - they ran two different short segments at 5, 6 and 10. The one at 10 was repeat of the 5. I am hoping for a different clip in the morning.

No sorry I don't. In fact, I called me neighbor and asked the little girl to tape it for me because I don't have a VCR. She did, and the next thing you know . . . here comes her brother over on his little motorbike and wanted to know allll about it. All said and done I think I just converted this kid into coin collecting. He was SO excited and wanted to see one, and now was asking a bunch of questions about the regular Bisons and holders, etc. I am getting some coins ready to give him and his 2 sisters tomorrow.
