1921-P Morgan - Is this a VAM-3U Pierced Neck Die Gouge

Does this look like a 21-P VAM-3U? The gouge at the neck is faint. It also has raised areas from a pitted die on the reverse.... mostly around the F in OF and A in AMERICA. I thought the gouge on the reverse in the bow was larger than the gouge in the neck. No mention of that or the pitting in the description of the VAM-3U.
