1 more help me grade this raw Frankie

This one is a blazer. Not a hairline in sight. It was very very hard to capture the coins true "look" because of the really reflective surfaces. It is a non cameo proof 1959 Frankie. Any opinions are appreciated both good and bad. And darktone- this one is not a 63.

only thing i see holding it back is the nick on the `R`in `DOLLAR` on the reverse.
