Misrepresented error (Rotated reverse peace dollar)

Here is the auction link.
IMHO the coin should be shown after being flipped top to bottom (like usual) not left to right.
This coin is only rotated about 45 degrees.

Just venting, this is a pet peeve of mine.
It looks like this after turning it over the right way.

    I would say that 70° clockwise is just about right. It's more than 45°.

    The obverse is oriented slightly clockwise in the holder, so you can't really compare the rotation of the reverse to the vertical axis of the slab (red). The true vertical axis of the coin is closer to the blue line, and the actual rotation (green angle) of the reverse is even more than is pictured than when simply viewing the reverse alone.



    And let's not even go into whether it's the obverse or the reverse that actually rotated. I think it's usually the obverse that is rotated...isn't it?
