    Does being "from" Texas [or anywhere else for that matter] mean that you were born/originated there and have permanently vacated maybe never to return?

    OR
    does it mean that you reside there now but have temporarily vacated to be wherever it is that you are now?

    1N3 is a linguist AFS... not many places you can put certain linguists these days. I guess you deal w/bombers? Dyess is a cool place... I was stationed in San Angelo for a short stint, early in my career. I was also assigned to San Antonio... Texas is cool!!

    My aunt works at Ft. Meade...forget where though. Civ contractor.

    Nope.... never been to Misawa. Was almost assigned there, but swapped w/a classmate to go to San Vito, Italy. Fort Meade's in Maryland... right up the interstate between Washington D.C. and Baltimore... how I long for Colorado!!

    I only drug this up- cuz I miss the hamboner dude.smoenoe/anyone- if ya got his # tell him to jingle the threads- he may have been reassigned to the eastern front- and I don't like to think that he is over there for no damn good reason.

    John (hamiltonjh) left...not sure why. I know he had jumped around some of the OF places after this one was closed but some of the folks go way overboard and not everyone likes to hang with that.

    ER got himself banned when the OF closed. He was a really great guy and I miss joking/talking to him.

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
