Depends. Pre-Castro? You'll need to do some work. Post-Castro? Try these guys.

Frank Putrow has always been very helpful to me as far as anything related to Cuban coins is concerned. Did you ask him to give you some dealer names? Actually, he probably sells as many Cuban coins as anyone in the US.
