Messed up Walker Pop figures

Can anyone explain what happened with some of the Walker pop figures entered today? Example, look at the late date Oskey set (#1 all-time and current) and see that at least three of his previous MS-68's pop 1's are now Pop 0's but still listed in the set. Also, the previous pop 2 MS-67 1945-S is now a pop 1 but still listed in both the Oskey and the Pegasus sets. Strange, eh??
