Smokin George California quarters

Picked up a couple rolls of quartrers for my tool box at work, and found two that look like George is blowing smoke.
Actually, it looks more like he walked outside on a brisk morning and you can see his breath.
We looked at them under a microscope, and it appears the mint had some type of build-up on it.
Anyboby heard of any others yet?
My buddy is gonna bring his wifes digital camera to work tonight, so I should have a scan in a couple days.
If anyone has heard anything about others, please let me know.

In any case, you can do better with the phone camera if you focus on the coin instead of the background.

Looks like damage or perhaps a little struck-through grease.
