Again... PSA flip variation and dates PLEASE!!!!

alright guys and gals. I'm tired of the same old flip questions. We all know there are several variations. Lets get a master thread and get a timeline figured out.
1. OLD font looks homemade from a dot matrix printer.
2. Halogram on rear flip with PSA embosed on outside of the rear holder.
3. Light blue back with the type font very block like.
4. Current flip with heavy font on front, dark blue reverse.
Now. I'm assuming this is the chronological order as stated. Does anybody know a time line? I know you cannot tell the timeframe looking at the cert number. Most people still don't realize this, or am I completely wrong?
Lets get this nailed down once and for all.
