The guy obviously doesn't sell cards - is not a dealer - and doesn't know what PSA is?
If he does find the 9 - which I think is in the Bermuda Triangle - ask him if he can find my 3/8" ratchet - it's been missing for months!

I could really use a few of those PSA 9 certificates for my raw cards, and I wouldn't lose 'em, either. How much do they cost?
