Says its 1/1 but its really 1/2.........

This guy has this card listed as a 1/1 and he says "its the only one" This card is really a 1/2 and because its listed as a 1/1 it may drive bids up higher than usual (its already over SMR value right now)

I have emailed the seller (within first hour of auction) and told him that there are actually 2 of these cards and that he listed this card wrong.

The seller has not responded or changed his listing, should i now contact eBay and tell them that this listing contains false information?

  • Its a 1 of 2 now and a 1 of 100 5 years from now.. I'm tossed on this type of seller hype, I think let the buyer decide what the 1/1 meaning is on a 1984 card.. They should know that theres a 100 more to come when others see the selling price and they open product to send it in.. In reality this card could be a 1 of 3 by auctions end ..

It happens all the time. It could have been 1/1 when he put the auction together, or may he just didnt look at the updated pop. Maybe he is trying to get alittle extra for a 1/2 card??? Either way it isnt that big of a deal. The buyer should know what he is buying anyways and if the price gets up too high lay off. IMO not really a scam, just a very popular and tacky approach...
