The scan could be better... Not a bad card - centering is nice and stuff - looks legit - appears to be the same card...no switch or anything. What did ya think?
Happy Easter mike
edit: just noticed no paypal - IMO, No paypal, No Dice!
I saw this auction and I believe it is a scam. The cert. number is not in the PSA database, the card looks very similar to a known counterfeit that is nothing more than a photocopy. And I think the seller of the previous auction and this person are the same people. The feedback they left for each other on the previous transaction is very suspicious as well.
Feedback left for buyer from original auction: Friendly and great communication! The cards are REAL and you now see!! Thank you
Feedback left by buyer, now seller, for original seller and original seller's follow-up: This dude is a completely legit seller, and on a $3000 item! An asset to Ebay! Reply by ocloren_mk: I appreciate it!! Smooth, honest transactions are what I intend, 100%

Jeez, those two should get a room! That's pretty clever, if true: To use one self-contained scam to make a second scam look legitimate.
I still say the flip was pasted onto a different scan of much lower quality. I couldn't find the cert. # in PSA's database, either.
the feedback could be because the buyer thought it was a scam also, let the seller know he was skeptical, and when the card was found to be legit, feedback was exchanged..
I think this is possibly legit.. but i could be wrong..
I can't get it through that cert number on the PSA website, either. Is there any legitimate explanation for why the cert number doesn't call up the card?
"Charlie, here comes the deuce. And when you speak of me, speak well."
Ok, just a follow up - not only is the PSA cert number not in the database, it was obviously removed by PSA because of shady dealings involving this card somewhere along the line. The cert. numbers for the cards before and after it are listed, but not this one.
Wow I didn't bother to look up the cert. # - you wouldn't think someone would be that stupid!!! The certs on both sides of the 69 are still good - so...I would guess the number was pulled? Crack and resubmit and then turned in the flip? Or what?
You have to admire the creativity of the scammers. 1)First list the card and have a high bidder who doesn't pay. No feedback exchanged either way. 2)Then relist it mentioning the guy who didn't pay, and it sells to the new guy. Glorious feedback both ways. 3)Then the new guy lists it mentioning his recent wonderful transaction. If they put half the effort into real deals they'd do well.
<< <i>Thats a mystery to me as well. When I bought it, I checked the registry and there it was, now its gone. I'll call them on monday. I'm sure it won't be a problem. Check the cert. number again some time next week. Thanks >>
