The bad joke is that these continually generate bids into the thousands of dollars. One can hope that those are mostly the seller himself trying to simulate (and stimulate) interest in the card. That's the first thing I suspect when he hides the IDs of the "bidders." Also that he doesn't want anyone warning legitimate bidders.

There's the problem! He got it from some used "car dealer" - I'm willing to bet that those bids are not legit and just his shills trying to "pump up the volume!"

I'm surprised someone that immature and illiterate would be trusted to sell cars and sign binding contracts. He sounds like he's about 13 years old and flunks English every year. Maybe everything about him is fake. Using Dad's account, maybe?
  • Looks like a Harvard Grad to me !!! Hes a well uneducated scammer I hope he out bids his bidders again.. But I think he's learning and bidding to get the most he can get from some sucker..

<< <i>I'M FOR ARK WE GOT VALUES DOWN HERE >>

    This is entertaining stuff!

He has values from way down in "ARK" like his homie Bill who's the pinnacle of high values. The man who told us he always tells the truth! Even when he lying!

Who was it who said "a mind is a terrible thing to waste?" In this case it presumes too much!

    God Save the Queen!

If it's real it's trimmed. Edges look real thin on the reverse side of the card.

  • This guy really could be uneducated but isn't that part of these card scammers theme? to act as if english is their second language? That way the seller comes across unintelligent and potential buyers think they're the ones taking advantage. In the Ebay listing he stats "I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GRADE"
but at the end of his reply to justanoldtimer he references PSA.

This is both Emails and you will see I never mentioned PSA, I'm surprised I missed that myself..

    You asked:
"This card is Fake !! Look at the U in USA on the back lower right corner and you will see the U has a part missing from the printing.. This is a common reprint/ Scam card seen on Ebay all of the time.. But I'm sure you allready know that and thats why your keeping the Bidders private so they can't be warned correct ??"

WELL THE U IS NOT MISSING I LOOKING IT THE CAR THERE 2 SMALL FADING SPOT THERE AND THE TOP RIGHT CORNER THE CARD IS OVER 50 YEARS OLD GO FIGURE AND BY THE WAY THIS COLLECTOR AS ME TO TAKE IT TO THIS ONE BALLSHOP CLOSE TO ME AND THEY BELIEVE ITS REAL (HA)SO DOES OTHER PEOPLE I GURANTEE IT OR YOUR MONEY BACK I'M FOR ARK WE GOT VALUES DOWN HERE AND ON EBAY I KEEP IT PRIVATE DO TO OTHER PEOPLE TRYING TO SELL STUFF TO THEM AND DUE TO IT A VALUED CARD -WOULD YOU? Well, he updated the auction. It looks legit to me - anyone that ships using Fex Ex is OK in my book. I plan on sniping this one - I've wanted a crad like this one for a while!

I think I just made up another new word, much like "Mastrobating" and "Pilgri-tage". A "crad" is any of the junk these sellers keep peddling with the poor grammar and spelling and whatnot.

Well, now he's guaranteeing it's genuine, where before he was only guaranteeing that he got it from a car dealer. So that's something. If he is a scammer, however, or some kid playing around with the account of his dad the Internet car dealer, then a guarantee is meaningless. A guarantee is only as good as the person offering it.
