I dunno, but I've seen that "bundled arrows" motif on late-15th and early-16th century Spanish coins. (The Ferdinand & Isabella/Christopher Columbus era...)

I know nothing about this coin but I am intrigued by it. I am hoping someone can identify it....
  • is it thick and kinda heavy? if so, my theory would be it's a 1600's to early 1700's brass weight--- england, maybe france or netherlands
  • My guess is the Spanish Netherlands ca 1650. I've seen it before but can't place it exactly, but the Spanish Netherlands sounds right.

Thanks for the clues so far. The coin is 16 mm in diameter by 2 mm thick. I hope somebody can nail this one down.
