    OK I think I am going to be slated for this opinion,
    First, I love the bull necked portrait of George IIII - I know George IIII hated it - I think he was wrong.
    Second, I admit to being red - green color/colour blind.
    This coin does nothing for me:-
    Grade EF, scratched with reverse pitting.
    I have looked at thousands of 1821 farthings, and tone / colour looks odd. (to a colourblind person!!)
    Everyone else likes it - so where am I going wrong?
    Is it a colour thing?

    Teg, you are correct in describing the two issues with the coin. That's why it was net graded to AU50 by Anacs. But to see the coin in hand, is a different thing. I was never able to get good pics of it. The coin is mostly purple with rainbow toning around the periphery of the obv, and partially around on the rev. image
