PSA submissions

I have about 75 cards to submit but each submission form with it's own unique number holds 20-25 lines. Do I have to pay shipping for each submission form number? Assuming I do not have to, since all cards are being sent in at the same time. how do I indicate such on each form?

Cross off the invoice # and renumber the lines to start with, say, 26-50 on the 2nd invoice.

I make my own invoices in Excel.
