What year (s) did Pcgs put coins in those holders that when shaken rattle?
Icon reduced by popular demand. Peer pressure has forced me to conform! I promise towalk in the right direction image

    The first generation PCGS holders, i.e. the so'called rattlers, were in use from 1986 thru 1988.
