Help me grade this SBA

I am still weak on grading SBA's. I threw these pics together quickly so please try your best. Reverse shows a nice die crack on bottom of right wing.

MrPawn, this was just taken out of a mint sealed bag about 2 hours ago that I received directly from the mint. I just posted this 1 piece from the bag as it is an average coin from this very nice bag. I do not know how to grade SBA's and that is why I posted this coin to learn from you SBA people. I'm not sure what graders hold your feet to the fire on when it comes to SBA's. By the way- does anyone know how these clad coins tone when saved in the original mint bags?

I saw it and almost ttt'ed it about the time you did.

I'm not very familiar with the '99's but if this were an earlier one it would
probably go only 65 because of the obverse planchet scratches.

Take a look at the Teletrade auction for tomorrow (Wednesday). There's a slew of 66 and 67's up for auction. Pictures are a bit small, but you might be able to do some comparison grading.

Good eye Sam. This was the first bag of the 99's that I decided to open to take a look at. They appear to be well struck ,but all show some planchet scratches around the outer edges of almost every coins obverse and reverse. I am not sure how this effects the grading of these pieces. This is not a big series for me, but these can grow on you. I have a few proofs that are toning really nice- they may be show stoppers in a few more years (of course they will still be SBA's but.....)

What do I know?!?

On my screen, there appears to be rub on the hair, nose, chin and parts of the rim. These may well be friction. Grading coins from even the best of pix is tough

Many of these are toning quite nicely ... I bought some nicely toned PCGS ones from Supercoin not too long ago.

Thanks guys. I think this series may be finally starting to see a little (yea I know -- a real little) bit of interest. I am curious if these clad pieces will do better getting some fresh air or should I keep them in their little sacks untouched?

I'm not much of an authority on Susies, but if I had to take a SWAG at this one, I'd go 65.
