do you guys think this..

would be worth grading? All four corners show wear. There are also print dots on Andre's chin and next to Walling's melon. Worth grading? If so what would it grade?

To me, that would be no better than a 6...making it not worth sending in.

It could swing a 7, but I would only send in if you had a bulk shipment ready to go. It's still not a bad card to have in your collection; this guy belongs in (and will eventually get there) the Hall of Fame. Usually it's a good rule of thumb to not send cards you are on the fence on in terms of getting monetary value. It's probably a 6, and maybe a 7, but I would make my decision based on it being graded a 6. The print dots don't do much to hurt it, but the bottom left and top right corners most likely drop it down to 6.

No... the highest grade you would be looking at is a 7. That card in a 7 would sell for around $10-12. Even if you got an 8, those go for around $25. It would cost you $5 to get it graded, plus shipping, so figure at least $6 for the grading costs. The auction listing fees and PayPal fees would be another $1.50 by time that was done, so you'll now have $7.50 into the card and little chance to recoup it. If you sold it raw, using that picture, you would probably get $5 or 6 for it.
