Help please!!!Experts needed, are these trimmed?? Big scans beware dial uppers

Sent the seller the same scans, she says they measure up and she can't see the tapering of the borders I had so kindly wrote about attached to the scans. Please give me you most engaging opinion. I would like her to read these posts at some point in the not-so-distant future. HA!

The borders do quite obviously taper, and with no obvious miscut or diamond cut to account for, it is possible they were trimmed. However, my guess is that if they were trimmed, it was a long time ago. The corners on most of those cards are far too bad to warrant a slice and dice now. An easy way to tell would be to take a look at the edges straight on and see if the color has any variance between the different edges. ie. is one more "new" looking or more or less "gray" than any other edge? The edge material obviously ages at the same rate as the other edges, so a somewhat recent trim job would more than likely show up with a lighter tone than the others. Unless of course all 4 sides were trimmed. A black light can come in handy here too as the trimmed edges will tend to flouresce a bit more than the other edges...

All that being said though, if you are not happy with the cards you purchased, why won't the seller just give you a refund?

Seller states I should try to sell them on ebay, she can't see any tapering I am referring to. Saying I have buyer remorse, which is ridulous becasue I have been looking for a set of these for quite a long time.
