No Hologram

I have bought PSA graded cards in the past and either they had a PSA Hologram or a Collectors Universe Hologram on the right hand side of back label. Recently I purchased a card and it has NO hologram. Where the hologram nortmally would be it says "A Division of Collectors Universe NASDAQ CLCT" Is this card counterfeit?

    Why the heck would PSA get rid of the hologram in light of Wiwag? I would think they would want more security, and to me getting rid of the holgram is less secure. Can anyone please post a picture of the new reverse flip label so I can make sure I got the real deal. Thanks!

    They must have made this change some time ago as most of my slabs are sans hologram. If it looks like this you're ok.

    Onlypsahockey, thanks for pic. I guess my card is legit then, but I just cannot understand why they went to no hologram.

    My back differs alittle from yours Bob. Dunno if it makes a difference but it says "A collectors universe company nasdaq: clct"

    On the flip I noticed that a portion of the "L" in "PROFESSIONAL PSA Sports" has rubbed off and is missing. Has this happened to any of you?

    Joe, I also just got a newly graded card and in the letters after nasdaq one of the letters is almost rubbed off, though not totally. Hope this helps.
