Help - Is this Clemente a Bazooka? What Year?

My father in law bought a mini storage and found thousands of cards that were forfeited by a non payer. I looked through them for him and, you guessed it, no Mickey Mantle rookies!

Their were a few vintage cards, but mostly commons.

However, there was this Clemente card. I can't figure out what it is. I think it is a Bazooka, but not sure. I can't find one one Ebay just like it to be sure. I also don't know what year it is.

I'm sure it's not worth a mint or anything, but I can't find one on Ebay, so I'm thinking it may be rare or something. Maybe not. Any help would be appreciated.

Forgot the scan! Duh!

1960 Bazooka. It wouldn't be assigned a grade, as the edges have been over trimmed. In that shape, it's worth around $20.
