Set of 1999 Silver State Quarters with Great Toning

These were sold on eBay a few weeks ago and now the ebuyer wants to return them because they are not in the original mint holder. These coins are in airtite holders. Top bid was $212.50 under bidder bid $210.00. I will let these go for $200.00.
