A couple times, PSA has had my submission but it was never entered into the system. I had to contact them and they still could not find it. A week later, I would get a slip from the USPS for a package and it would be a shipment from PSA. My graded cards. Unless they have upgraded that inefficiency, this might very well be the case.

The first package I sent to them (1 month ago) had a T201 in it. I didn't realize they charged more to grade it, so I didn't send enough money. What they did was, instead of entering that they had received it, was to send the whole package to their "trouble desk" or some such. I fretted over it for about 2 weeks, when I finally was able to call someone there who told me what the deal was. I paid them the extra money by credit card and they posted it received within hours. So, it might just be some problem on the submission itself. If you want, I might be able to dig out the name of the guy I called at the trouble desk. But, it seems like DC would indicate that they've delivered it in that case.
"Charlie, here comes the deuce. And when you speak of me, speak well."
Dc, does not show any tracking information. All they show is the day it was recieved by the USPS and when it was delivered it it has been. This of course if it was scanned as delivered which sometimes they are not.
Another possibility: If you forgot to write the level of service on the outside of the package, it might be awhile before they get around to opening your box.
