WTB - Help me fill holes in modern coin albums, please

Hope I can find the right dealer who can help me obtain the coins in the following list. I need them to fill up the holes in my albums. I want spot & haze free coins only. BU coins should be MS63 minimum. Proof should be 65 - CAM not required.
If you sell these collector coins and have most or all of them in inventory, please PM me with your best quote (including USPS insured shipping) & I'll get back to you promptly. Please quote a price for each coin, unless you have all of them in stock. then quote the entire list as a total if you'd like.
I will give preference to anyone who is able to supply the entire list (this will save on postage) or the majority of the list, so if you don't have most of my want list no need to work up a reply.
Coins can be in 2x2's or flips.
