61 golden press question

before grading should you tear them along the perforations or cut them out with some excess around the perforations?

    No offense, but if you have a complete booklet, why would you want to separate them at all? A complete booklet is much more valuable than the single cards.

    A PSA graded set of Golden Press cards in somewhat high grade is worth much more than the book intact.
