Lincoln Cent Circulation Strike Set 1909-Current

I know this question has probably been asked a thousand times, but can someone explain why PCGS has decided against making a longer set that covers the entire Lincoln series for circulation strikes - basic or variety? They have a proof set 1950-Current. Curiosity has the best of me.

Don't know why. They have many Euro sets no one uses??? They did add an '09-date DATE set, but not a complete set.

Since I've only been around the boards for a year or so, I really have no idea if members have tried to lobby for a set like this with DH in years past. I have to imagine that this HAS come up numerous times before! Has anyone ever submitted this question on the Q & A Forum or talked about it with DH? Nothing against PCGS, but a request or question of this nature coming from me......a newbie......well...it might not go that far! RB...thanks for your input. I'd also like to hear from veterans on this issue if at all possible.

I personally asked the question several times both on the Q&A forum as well as in person & was told each time - "it's coming soon" )I even offered to help them to add new sets).

The only question is WHEN

Both the 1909-date set and the 1934-1958 short set have been "coming soon" for a few years now.

I believe they are still having technical difficulties

Seems like a lot of set additions have slowed down......

I'm sure by 2009 it will be ready
