Can anyone tell me the rarity behind these, and possibly the value?
1. 1876 CC Dime Breen 3397. The grade is VF.
2. 1877 CC Quarter Repunched Date. The grade is VF.
Thanks for the input!

to me it is a retail $75 coin
to me it is a retail $50 coin
now if it was a type two and you get the right one in a million specialist collector then you will get multipiles of bid
now this is just my unprofessional opinion others on these boards with much more experience might have a completely different opinion than me
good luck with your collecting
There are 2 varieties of the 1877 CC Seated Quarter with repunched 7's.
One is double punched, the other triple punched.
Although they are fairly scarce rather than rare, with more collectors getting into varieties, you should get a premium for the coin.
BTW, there is also an 1877 Philadelphia Seated Quarter with double punched 7's as well. I discovered the variety and wrote an article for the Gobrecht Journal on it. This Philadelphia with the double punched 77 is rare. I own the only two I have ever seen.
