Which are better; Premiere Proof Set's or Regular Issue Proof Sets?

I'm at a point now in my collecting life that I want to start "Making" the coins in my collection. I understand the possible expense in doing this but I think the "Satisfaction of the Hunt" and "Thrill of the Victory" come at a cost. I'm mainly focusing on the Kennedy Proof Series. My question is: Are the coins in Premiere Proof Set's better than the ones in standard issue? Or like everything else, cherrypick em? Thanks, Lee

Cherrypick them. I don't believe the difference is anything but the packaging (I have some of the premiere proof sets as well as all of the regular issue proof sets).

I echo exactly what Ron said. The only difference was/is the packaging.
