Last 2 MAJOR raw ebay purchases produce trimmed cards beware!

I have had good luck with raw ebay, so I up the ante, and look what happens. In my eyes I rather have raw, than GEM, PRO, or any of the pther multitude of grading service providers. Just annoying having to fight it out with ebay and paypal. Would it be easier if I sent one or two of the cards to PSa for the 5 day service, and had a 3rd party say the cards were altered? I would expect to be reimbursed for these 3rd party authentication fees, but probably wouldn't see a dime.

  • Not probably, you won't get the money for grading back. I have talked to paypal about this in my on going dispute of a card I got awhile back. Im now 7-8 days into the 14 day review period, so I feel for you. Hope yours turns out good.

What's the seller's feedback like? You might just contact the seller and ask for a refund.

I recently purchased an AAI graded 8 Bradshaw RC that was obviously trimmed when I could see it in hand. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund. He sent the money to me right away and I returned the card.
