PCGS "First Strike" MS 69 SAE

I bought a PCGS "First Strike" designated 2005 MS 69 SAE from a seller on eBay recently. I have purchased items from this seller before and have always been stisfied with the merchandise delivered. When I received my coin I was disappointed to find that there were two sizable scratches on the obverse across the lines in Ms. Liberty's gown and a noticeable ding above the D in "Dollar" on the reverse. I realize that MS69 is not perfection, but these defects were readily apparent the instant I saw the coin. My question here is this: has anyone else encountered an obviously over-graded eagle this year?

I've had similar problems in past years buying certified ASE's. If the seller is a dealer (and even if not) I've always contacted them, told them of the problems to the surface of the ASE, asked for an exchange for another without the problems and returned it. I've always gotten a great one in return. image
