Wouldn't just about any 1999 proof set have a PR-69 DCAM in it?

I just looked at the pop and there are more 69DCAMs than all of the lower grades put together!

When I get done with my zinc cent collection I am going to start collecting sand, some specks of sand can be almost as rare as 1999 Lincoln Cents!

When in doubt...buy both. image There will always be someone else that needs a 99-S in 69RDDCAM for their set. As a pair they also make a fine table leveler. image
