Centering on 9's seem to run the gauntlet from what I've seen. I know I've seen a lot of Bonds rookies...particularly 86 fl updates and tt...that had centering comparable to that card...maybe worse.
PSA may be more strict with high dollar vintage cards, though. Maybe since 8's and 9's are basically throwaway grades with modern now, they're not as tight with them (or maybe it's the other way around)?
