    And I'm sure Sarbane Oxley will fix all of the corporate scandals....LOL!!

    Anytime you introduce some form of legislation, people find a method to circumvent it. Then it just turns into one big mess.

    I heard on the radio last night a good rule I'd LOVE to see introduced...

    First positive testing.....suspended for rest of current season

    Second positive testing......banned for life

    That would never happen. Simple reason: $$$$$$$$$$$$$

    Owners would lose WAY TOO MUCH MONEY $$$$$$$$$$$

    Could you imagine if in one season or two, guys like Bonds, Sheffield, Mcgwire, Sosa....all banned for life?

    It's all about $$$$$$$$$$$$...this is why MLB turned a blind eye for so many years.
