Opinion on coin grade

Hi,
I am not very familiar with US style gradings so I would be grateful if you can give a guess on the grade for this Indian head eagle?
Coin has about 70% lusture, here is the link

For some reason my attachment is limited to only 50Kb so I would welcome help to increase that too.

    All attachments are limited to 50K, that can't be changed. Additionally, you need to show both sides of the coin if you want opinions on grade.

    I didnt take the reverse but will do, its similar condition and same 80% lusture as the obverse. Maybe you can grade the obverse for now?

    Hard to grade with that image....it doesn't show the luster to well. It looks unc to me.
