Although im not an expert on this set but do the borders on this card look small. Any cards including the Shore i have seen have had wider borders than this
The card does appear visually to be a little short left to right. These older cards do have some variation in size (although the sport kings seem very consistant from what i've seen), but my guess is it must have met the minimum size and PSA didn't see any evidence of trimming on the edge. If not trimmed that "7" looks absolutely outstanding.
