Steve Creason ("Purelypsa")

Steve Creason ("Purelypsa"). He was an innocent bystander that was involved in a high speed police chase accident last night. He suffered a broken pelvis and will be in the hospital for about a week. He is currently scheduled for surgery on Thur.

    hate to hear that.. send along my best wishes if you talk to him..

    edit - for this reason, i dont really think the cops should pursue somebody at high speed unless the person is thought to be eminantly dangerous to others.. otherwise, let the criminal live by the saying "you cant outrun the radio"

    pandrews is right on ...... having tried such cases, it is a rare case where a police high-speed chase is justified ... most high speed chases are to catch car thieves ... the bleeking car is just not worth the accidents and injuries that inevitably occur... police and media copters can track ... also, unfortunately, the City will not settle the claim for years and will ask that you, instead, sue the person who doesn't have enough money for a car!

    Funny to hear people say that most high speed chases aren't worth it.

    Next you'll be complaining that the cops are too lazy...but when they risk their lives to chase someone, they are reckless.
