Good article, but they messed up the endgame. The coin realized $1,840,000 in the October 2000 Stacks auction and now resides in the same collection as the Childs 1804 dollar.

Edited to add: and no article regarding this coin is complete without discussing the tiny 'D' punched into one of the clouds on the reverse.
