What do you do when PCGS screws up?

I got a call from somebody (I can't remember his name) at PCGS on March 8. He stated that my attempt to cross an NTC graded MS68 Kennedy at MS66 would be successful if I wanted it labeled as SMS. I declined. Tonight I see the order is finished and I now have a SMS Kennedy in a PCGS holder.
Besides getting the short end of the stick on this, is there anything I can do?
On a different topic I am still waiting for my collector's club freebie (book) that was promised to me in August (and again in November, and December, and January...)
I just have no luck when it comes to customer service from PCGS.

My concern is that I am sitting on three NGC coins that I am about to send in for crossover. There is no way in H3LL that I want these coming back SMS.
I have a 1966 MS66RD Lincoln that I believe can cross, a 1965 MS67 Roosevelt that I believe is a lock at MS67FB at PCGS and a 1967 MS67 Roosevelt that I believe will grade MS66FB.
The last thing I would want is these coming back as SMS and losing 80% of their worth just because someone can't under stand the meaning of "Neah, I'll pass. Just leave the coin as it is".
Also, the two dimes have some nice toning (the 65 has a light purple haze (do I hear Hendricks?) on the front and back). I am going to have nightmares of them crackin' them out just to BB them for AT.
So, here is my dilemma, if I am TSOL on the Kennedy what are the odds Larry, Moe and Curly Joe wont get ahold of my next order? And once again I will have no recourse.
I sent a monster DCAM 1955 PF67 Jeff in a holder from across the street to PCGS last year, annotated as a straight cross only. When it came back, it was in a PF67CAM holder... you could say... I was slightly upset.
I called PCGS, had to send the coin back to them, which they then lost for a while until I called them again a month later (hey, it happens). Then I had to give them a copy of the receipt of the coin as for how much it cost me... and they mailed me a check for the cost of the coin. I still have the coin locked away in the vault and got paid for it, so it works for me.
Call them... but keep track of who you talk to... it helps!
