Dealings with Great Southern Coins on Ebay?

Has anybody here had dealings with Ebay's Greatsoutherncoins? They are also a brick and mortar dealer based in Louisiana. I bought a coin from them off of Ebay, but I couldn't find a return policy listed. I was just going to send it back with a nice letter, but want to see if they offer returns first.

Are they easy to work with and do they generally accept returns?

    I think once you buy an AT coin from them, it's yours to keep image

    They may have an "unwritten" return policy, so give it a shot. Most of their raw coins are AT, overgraded, or just plain crap. I would avoid them going forward.
