Best way to send raw cards?

Hi,

I was going to sell a few of my (non-valuable < $10) raw cards (not for grading) - what is the best way to protect the card - would it be a penny sleeve/top loader sandwiched between cardboard and then in bubble mailer?

I always go pennysleeve, card saver, sandwiched between two cardboard.

Penny saver+card saver and a piece or 2 of cardboard. I would not use regular toploaders as the cards tend to slide around.
